After this consultation you will be taken through a physical assessment to evaluate your:
Based on the information obtained from your consultation and physical assessment, we will then be able answer all your questions about; your current health and fitness level, your body type and what type of program will be best for your personal success. Then our Program Designer, Robert Bland, and his FIT RENO Team, will build you a step by step program that uses our scientifically based FIT RENO Training Systems. Then one of our Certified Trainers will instruct you, one on one, through your personally designed program from beginning to end to achieve your health and fitness goals.
FIT RENO's Small Group Classes are designed with everybody in mind. No large groups so you won't just run around the building and do a few kettle bell swings. No matter what level of fitness you are at, you can improve with one of our Small Group Classes.

Classes are semi-private, allowing only ten people per class, so that the FIT RENO Instructor can make proper adjustments and light modifications for your success in class. Our classes are based on three workouts a week for 45-minute sessions. Classes are offered morning, lunch-time and night. In these classes, you will not only be pushed physically but also efficiently, so that by the end of each week you have had a full body workout leaving you feeling accomplished.
In a day and age where there are so many fad diets and weight loss products, it can be confusing. Here at FIT RENO, we keep it really simple. Everybody knows that apples are good for you and cupcakes are bad! Food is really that simple. Then why are we the most unhealthy country on the planet you ask? Simple. ACCOUNTABILITY!! At FIT RENO, we coach you through proper balanced meal preparation and daily caloric intake with a meal program designed specifically for you and your personal needs.
